Low Fu Challenge is Low Fu Kung Fu & Kickboxing’s own martial arts competition  a truly exciting event for Low Fu Kung Fu & Kickboxing students of all ages and abilities.

Designed for developing sparring ability and experiencing competition fighting in a familiar environment, Low Fu Challenge provides an excellent training goal and opportunity to achieve. All Low Fu students participate in Low Fu Challenge and it is an integral part of training at Low Fu Kung Fu & Kickboxing. We aim for all involved to feel a sense of accomplishment and pride - win, lose or draw.
